Colin Banks
Technical Projects Director
Colin is a vastly experienced Project Director with a portfolio spanning large-scale web, mobile, app, voice, connected products, and emerging technology projects. At Screenmedia he is a dependable client interface and assumes responsibility for the direction and delivery of key technical projects to the KPIs, objectives, brief, budgets and schedules agreed. Colin is an excellent facilitator and frequently leads briefings and workshops to define project outputs including technical presentations, specifications, reporting and documentation, and architecture solutions.
As a Certified Scrum Professional, Colin is also highly skilled in Agile development and has led our development teams in delivering many high quality client projects to these methodologies.
Colin has a deep interest and expertise in digital transformation and has guided many of our clients through the process of digitising their products and services, or transforming existing offerings for new audiences. As such, Colin is one of our key leads in informing, guiding and helping clients discover opportunities around emerging technology such as voice, AR, cognitive services, and chatbots.
