Kenny Shaw
Managing Director
Kenny is an award-winning design director with 25 years’ experience in digital consultancy. In 2004 he co-founded Screenmedia with Jon Carlos and over the past 16 years has grown Screenmedia from a start-up to one of the UK’s leading innovation practices.
Kenny leads our clients in customer experience strategy, product and service design. As a CX, UX and UI design practitioner, he’s still active in the discovery, ideation and prototyping phases of many projects, working closely with client and Screenmedia teams. Kenny also leads our R&D strategy and programmes, supporting investment into new technologies such as natural language assistants, AR, Big Data, AI and ML.
