Lynn Banks
Director of Production
As our Director of Production, Lynn holds a dual role of directing some of our most innovative and complex solutions while also ensuring our studio production runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
A multi-talented and experienced strategist, Lynn has developed deep relationships with many of our clients, who trust her vast industry knowledge and expertise to help them define their digital strategies and roadmaps. She then translates these plans into actionable work packages, leading project teams through critical stages of project planning and specifications, and overseeing the management and delivery of projects to agreed KPIs, objectives, briefs, budgets and schedules. She is a flexible and expert project director, having led countless projects following both Prince 2 and Agile methodologies.
Lynn is an experienced mentor in our practice and has trained many of our production team from graduates into capable, confident, and knowledgeable project managers. She also participates heavily in the Scottish BIMA community, regularly contributing to events and briefings to share her expertise.
