Sara Kinnear
Director of Strategy and Planning
Sara leads our studio in best practice UX and UI design for mobile, web, and peripheral technologies. A core interface at the outset of any project, she has few peers when it comes to delivering best practice in digital strategy or UX design, and is frequently lauded by our clients for her innovative thinking and approach to solution design.
Sara works closely with clients to explore business and user needs, research and ideate potential solutions, and deliver services and products that meet commercial and user objectives. Sara balances creative and technical thinking with a great business and social intelligence, and leads many of our projects from inception right through to delivery.
Sara is passionate about great design and equally as passionate about educating our clients on its benefits. She can frequently be found helping our clients build businesses cases for better design, speaking at events, or ideating new solutions to help clients meet their digital ambitions. She is an all-round excellent strategist and planner, a great client and project lead, a staff motivator and, uniquely, a completer-finisher; hence her appointment to the Board of Directors in 2011.
