Design thinking principles
Working in tandem with a team from SD Worx, we followed design thinking principles and undertook phases of discovery, ideation, design and measurement to improve user journeys and resolve pain points when overhauling their payroll service.
Prototyping new ideas
By conducting user observation and surveys, our team gained an understanding of the software before creating interactive prototypes and testing them with users.
Results
Following the success of our initial engagement with SD Worx, we are now working in an ongoing partnership to support their delivery teams in UX/UI consultancy and feature development of the next generation of payroll products.
